I lost an item at an event at ARCA. How do I retrieve it?

ARCA is not responsible for personal belongings lost on its premises. Items found by our staff during an event will be handed over to the event organiser. To recover a lost item, we suggest contacting the company responsible for the event in which the loss occurred.

Does ARCA have adequate access for people with disabilities?

Yes, both the access to the parking lot and inside ARCA and its bathrooms are adapted to provide accessibility and comfort to disabled and elderly people.

My child is a minor. Can he accompany me to an event?

How do I get to ARCA?

ARCA is located in the west zone of São Paulo, in the Vila Leopoldina neighbourhood and is easily accessible by public transport. The Villa Lobos/Jaguaré train station is 700 metres from ARCA, and the Ceasa station is 1 kilometre away. By underground, the closest station is Pinheiros, on the Yellow/Green line, which has a connection with the CPTM line. If you prefer to come by car, the complex where ARCA is located has ample parking space operated by the company Autovagas, as well as other private car parks around the main entrance.
